Our steel-frame modular buildings are defined not only by their quality, structural strength and flexibility. They’re also more sustainable. SEDAC actively promote intelligent buildings which support responsible stewardship of the environment, both in terms of their construction and operation.

Modular buildings consume less embodied energy than traditional buildings, while their off-site fabrication means there’s significantly less waste during the construction process. Our units can be recycled rather than just demolished, and have achieved certification from BREEAM – the Code for Sustainable Homes.

You can relax in the knowledge that all SEDAC’s products are quality assured during manufacture and off-site refurbishment, and completed to exacting Health and Safety standards to the requirements of OHSAS 18001.
