Our Services

We are able to offer you an interior space, either temporary or permanent, that can be uniquely tailored to your precise specifications.

Relocation and / or Temporary Storage

If you have modular accommodation that you wish to continue using but at a different site, we can oversee its relocation for you.

For short-term periods you may find yourself with modular accommodation that is surplus to your requirements. SEDAC can respond by removing, storing and returning them at a later date.

Purchase or Hire

As either a permanent or temporary solution, the great versatility of SEDAC's modular accommodation means that it can be tailored to your precise requirements. Options are available either for purchase, with possible buy-back options, or for short or long-term hire.

Refurbishment, Reconfiguration, Refit

Your existing or second-hand units can be transformed either on-site, or off-site at SEDAC's production facility, to give them a new life. Exteriors are completely modernised and interiors fully updated to serve your current and future requirements, all with the peace of mind our warranty provides.

Dismantle and Disposal

Should any element of your accommodation be of no further use, we can break it down and remove it swiftly and safely.

Extension, Alteration, Adaptation

We offer you the opportunity to completely change the size, features and function of your existing accommodation.

New or Refurbished

Units are refurbished at SEDAC's dedicated, 3-acre facility near Bedford. We'll take modular accommodation of any required configuration and strip it down to its shell before giving it a complete overhaul to meet your individual specifications.

Anti-Vandal Units

We offer new or refurbished steel anti-vandal accommodation for sale or hire either new or refurbished, in addition we supply specials to suit your particular requirements and with our own crane lorries we offer a full package installation.
